Job Brief

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks with the ability to Multi Task. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Entering customer and account data for computer entry
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
  • Assisting in daily office needs
  • Provide general support to Sr. Managers.in other department’s related work.
  • Ability to do Multi-Tasking

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor Degree Finance/Accounting (B.COM)
  • Tally Must
  • Basic Accountancy/finance knowledge with 1-2 years of experiences
  • Proven Admin Assistant work experience
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Allowances Details 

  • Countries Sudan/SouthSudan/Uganda/Nigeria/Zambia/Kenya/Congo/Tanzania/Juba
  • Salary in $ – 600$ – 700$ Per Month (In hand Salary)
  • Salary in Indian Currency – 50,000rs – 60,000rs Per Month (In hand Salary)
  • Accommodation by Company Side – Accommodation will be sharing with our current employees (2 – 3 employees).
  • Meal Allowance – Between 10,000rs – 15,000rs Per month (apart from Salary)
  • Medical Facility – Medical Facility from Company Side
  • Yearly Leave – 1Month Paid Leaves (Once in a Year)
  • Free Fly Tickets Both Side – Once in a year employee can take his paid 1-month leaves, visit India, and meet family, for this both side fly tickets will be provide by company.
  • Visa, Work Permit, Yellow Injection, Fly Tickets – Taking Care by company
  • 1 Month of Training time period – Company will provide the Accommodation for out of Delhi candidates during training period with 3 time Meal.
  • 3Tire Train Fare – Company will provide 3Tire Train fare for out of Delhi candidates.
  • Amount – Company will give around 10,000rs – 15,000rs during training time.

Noted: One-month training will be given by the company in India in Delhi NCR Office. After training person will send to the overseas country with work permit and all other travel documents, accommodation & meal facilities will be taken care by company and on company expense.
